The content-management-system basic.life is a rip-off of content.life. It is provided as software as a service (SaaS) and pretty useful and great working for small businesses and organizations. With basic.life you have a standardized system with a set of modules, you can choose. Compared to our enterprise solution content.life, the small business edition basic.life as the disadvantage that you can not choose your own hosting provider, so it is not a self-hosted system.
But instead, you get every once in a while a "ghost update". This means your website gets even better, faster and more flexible in time because we add features to your website frequently and you do not need to pay therefore extra money.

There is a special edition of basic.life, which can be used for newsletter only purposes. You already have a great website, but you do not have a newsletter engine right now? If you are looking for a newsletter-only system, we can provide basic.life also for a subdomain like "newsletter.your-company.com" to enable you to have an e-mail newsletter to keep your customers up to date with your offers.
Content-Management out of the Box
Physically your website, intranet or newsletter-system has to be run on the servers of echonet in Europe. Because it is a software as a service product and all our customers using basic.life shares the same technical resources and features. That is why you also will have the ghost update service which provides you with even more features, functionality, security, and performance, whenever we create an update for basic.life.

In the basic package of basic.life you already have fixed parts that enable you to create a simple website on your own. There are already three modules that are part of the basic.life standard edition:
