For all those who use content.life 4 as a content management system for their online presence, four service tickets are available, which are primarily used to make things transparent and organized. All four tickets will of course get you to your destination - just like a rail connection. You don't have to have a ticket with us, but if you want us to take care of your things on an ongoing basis, then such a ticket is useful and necessary. Our tickets are divided into four categories:
- Economy Class
- Premium Economy Class
- Business Class
- First Class
Economy to First: echonet-Tickets
Service-Tickets with contentlife 4
The service tickets listed here each have a certain number of services included. The service ticket is the basis for echonet to carry out maintenance work for you and to be available for support services during operation.
Of course, you also have the option of completely dispensing with maintenance and support after purchasing a system - there is no obligation to purchase a service ticket.
The service tickets and the associated services ("Data as a Service - DaaS" and "Feature as a Service - FaaS") are only available for contentlife version 4 and higher. The ticket offer is only aimed at companies and institutions that operate a system based on contentlife 4 (or higher) at echonet.
The pure operating costs (domain, hosting, data traffic) are not part of the service tickets.
Feature as a Service
The "Feature as a Service" (FaaS) area offers various technical functions that can be booked in addition to the ticket. As can be seen from the prices, some tickets already include such services, but they can also be booked in addition. When purchasing a ticket, you simply select which of the Features as a Service you would like to have included in the tariff.
